Kim Miller came to my house to measure, arriving when stated and wasting very little time getting her job done. 					I cannot recommend Scott and his team at Preferred highly enough!  They replaced all the hardwoods in our home (including sanding and staining the stair risers to match), and added LVP and tile in our basement.  The work is exceptional, their prices are reasonable and their friendliness and customer focus can't be beat.  I visited several local flooring companies before Preferred, including the ones "everyone" uses and none of them came close to making me feel as welcome and valued as they have.  Go visit them today - you will be glad you did!!
